Please join Jane Zieha, owner of the Blue Bird Bistro, as she explains her eclectic takes on farm-to-table American fare served in a renovated brick-lined 1880s Victorian space in the Westside neighborhood. Much of the menu is vegetarian and/or vegan and she sources all her ingredients from local farms. Jane is a “super taster” and can tell what ingredients are in something by tasting it!
