KC Gems: Secrets of an Art Courier April 29

KC Gems Classes can last 60 to 120 minutes depending on topic, presenter and participant interaction.

April 29 – 1:30 pm

In person at SPARK’s NEW LOCATION at 4747 Troost, Basement Level (No Zoom Component or Recording available)

This fascinating presentation will discuss why a courier may be needed when artworks are loaned to another museum. The duties and responsibilities of the courier will be discussed. Examples of what could go wrong and the solutions to the problems will be presented using images acquired over several years in the field.  Come learn about this little-known role in the art world.
