UMKC Law professor, Allen Rostron, returns this summer with his class to discuss important Supreme Court cases as the Court announces many of its decisions in June, including freedom of speech and equal protection issues. He will also address timely issues about Presidential authority, executive orders, clashes between the executive and judicial branches, and other topics that are currently in the news.
