Tour: Loose Park Rose Garden

We will stroll through the Laura Conyers Smith Municipal Rose Garden in Loose Park with Laura Dickinson, president of KC Rose Society, and Lauren English, board member to learn about and enjoy the 130 varieties of roses growing in the historic garden. Both of our guides are Consulting Rosarians of the American Rose Society. Meet at the pavilion at the north end of the Rose Garden.
Parking: The Rose Garden is located in the northwest corner of Loose Park. Turn west on 51st Street from Wornall or turn north on Summit from 55th Street to reach this corner of the park. There is a free parking lot and street parking close to the pavilion at the north entrance of the garden.
