Tour: TerraVox Vineyard and Winery

Come with us to see the extensive TerraVox (literally “voice of the earth”) vineyard in the Loess hills of southwestern Platte County. As part of the tour, you will be able to taste several wines, made from North American heirloom grapes, many not cultivated anywhere else. These are unique wines, mostly from grapes you’ve never heard of! We plan to facilitate carpooling for this excursion. Price includes the wine tasting.
Directions: From Kansas City, the Northland or east use I-29 and then Hwy 152 to Route N. From Johnson County use I-435 North to Route N. Email SPARK@umkc.edu after enrolling if you want to carpool and we will contact you to make arrangements.
