U.S. History through Art: 1914 – 1960

SPARK membership is required for all tours, classes and clubs
June 2 – 23 | 10 am–Noon
From 1914 through 1960 U.S. history was shaped by two World Wars, the Great Depression, the Cold War, and major social and political changes. Art during this period reflected these transformations, evolving through various movements that captured the era’s struggles, innovations, and cultural shifts. Using art to enhance the telling of U.S. history brings much of the 20th century alive as we discuss this pivotal period.
