Mondays, 9/19 – 10/24 from 1:30-3:30

 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present and not overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.  While we will cover the history, principles and foundational practices, each session will have an emphasis on the practical applications in your daily life.  We will welcome beginning meditators as well as experienced practitioners.

 

Instructor: Cathan Kabrelian is certified in Mindfulness training for both adults and children.
