• American History Thru Art –  This course will follow the history of the United States from the Civil War through today (or as far as we can get during our 5 weeks together).  Our instructor, Doug Sheer, is a former AP History Teacher who joins us remotely from Long Island, N.Y. (Class Cost – $27.50)
• China’s Past is America’s Prologue: Sino-US Relations Past, Present, and Future – This course provides an overview of the broad sweep of Chinese history from the Spring and Autumn Period to the rise of Xi Jinping.  Lieutenant Colonel Geoff Babb, currently posted to the Command and General Staff College faculty at Fort Leavenworth will be our instructor. (Class Cost – $27.50)
• Intellectual Freedom Committee for Missouri –  In recent years, libraries across the country have seen an uptick in censorship and book banning attempts.  Join us to learn more about censorship, legislative issues, and what you can do to support your local library.   is The current Chair for the Missouri Library Association’s Intellectual Freedom Committee (IFC), Colleen Norman, will lead this discussion. (Class Cost – $12.50)
• Nobody’s Free Until Everybody’s Free-Fannie Lou Hamer – Fannie Lou Hamer was one of the leading Civil and Voting Rights activists of the 1960’s.  Join the journey, as Sandra Campbell portrays this amazing woman who rose from poverty and discrimination to help lead a movement toward greater racial and economic equality. (Class Cost – $12.50)
