The History of the War is designed to chronologically examine the key diplomatic and military events of the “The Forgotten War.” The first hot war of the cold war was called a police action but quickly expanded into a limited war between forces of the Republic of Korea (South Korea), the United Nations and the Democratic Republic of Korea (North Korea), the USSR, and China.
