Our theme for the Summer Quarter is Movies that dare to compare.  Titles will include The Breakfast Club, The Perks of Being a Wall Flower, The Return of the Secaucus 7 and The Big Chill.  Each week we will have a 15-minute discussion prior to watching the film, followed by insights gained while viewing the film.

 

Joe Heyen – Instructor of Introduction to Film at Maple Woods Community College, also film production and editing; documentary filmmaker; past president of the Independent Filmmakers Coalition and MOMMA.
