During his long police career in Kansas City, MO, David Starbuck worked in an undercover capacity for many of the years as a detective handling a variety of investigations, including both undercover and plainclothes assignments.  He will give us insights into the situations that undercover officers face, the dangers and the impact on their personal lives.
