Tuesday Afternoons, September 16 and 23–1:30 to 3:30 pm
4747 Troost (direct entrance off of Forest Ave.) Room 22B
This class is in a HYBRID format – participate in-person or on Zoom
Popular instructor, Anita Tebbe, returns for a two-week series covering unsung military and civilian heroes of World War II. This class is priced at $20 reflecting the expectation that you plan to attend both sessions of this class.
The presentations focus on not-so-famous but impressive men and women (and dogs) during the war. We’ll learn about women nurses and pilots, factory workers, Red Cross and other humanitarian groups, counter intelligence corps and, yes, even our four-legged friends.
Anita Tebbe is the Retired Director of the Legal Studies Department and Professor of Law at Johnson County Community College
